As growth of economy, development of higher vocational education, increase of policy support, the status of higher vocational English teaching education has become increasingly prominent the writing of higher vocational English should not be overlooked. But some contradictions are there between demands for higher qualified English talent and traditional practice in higher vocational teaching of English writing. English writing have been becoming one of the weakest links by affecting of learner characteristics and teaching practices.On this rapid development of information technology days, the blog is bringing vitality for higher vocational English writing, which makes language acquisition process-oriented and learner-centered, and provides a good social environments and cultural circles. This paper is about blog supports for issues, strategies and designs of higher vocational English writing.This study is base on learning theories of modern linguistics and educational psychology, using interactive, sharing and other basic functionalities of blog technology, and integrating WEB2.0 and WEB3.0 tools, and made strategies and designs etc. for learning and teaching. The experiments found that the strategies and designs may help the higher vocational students to raise interests and levels of writing.
