In Fraser's opinion, along with the rapid development of the present globalization, originally existed the interior of nation's problem of injustice has already stepped over the borders of politics and spreaded to all of the world. However, the customary theory of justice unable give a satisfactory explanation. At the same time, the current debate in theory circle about issue of justice is lacking of uniform criterion. For this reason, the new standards on the subject of justice were proposed in new era: the discussion about this new subject of justice was not only extended beyond the nation-state and regional restrictions, but also could resolve the current controversy on the basis of common understanding, improve the ability for dispute resolving. She followed Richard Rorty's concept distinction on"normative"and"anti-normative", summarized contemporary theory of justice as"unconventional justice", that is,"justice of introspection"."Principle of equal participation", that is, in this global social relations, everyone have a common moral position, with the same scope of moral concern and subordinate, facing the problem of justicial allocation in a common dominant structure of interactive relationship. She believes that this principle is a reflexive and critical, will contribute to solve the contemporary global justice issues. Their views reflected the latest developments in the theory of recognition, to provide new theoretical basis protest movement of citizens in Western multiculturalism.Fraser's critical theory of justice has undergone the process of continuous development and improvement. Her theory is mainly generated on the basis of criticizing Honneth's theory of recognition. First, according to Fraser, fundamental defects in justice conception of Honneth's"normative monism"is to separate the two basic dimensions (redistribution and recognition) of justice, it can also be considered as simplify a dimension into another dimension. Based on criticizing logical defects of"normative monism", through the integration of redistribution and recognition, she established the"view point of dualism"; later, when her"view point of dualism"experienced criticism and doubt of Western scholars, she borrowed the views of these critics, integrated the"representation"into dualism analysis system, so that the dual dimension of justice was extended to three-dimensional justice.Fraser's"anti-normative"theory of justice opened up a new idea for the discussion of Justice, although the theory still need to be improved, such as there was theoretical explanation for the two conditions established for equal participation, and so on, but we should give more positive assessment for her"anti-normative"theory of justice. When political multi-polarization, institutional diversity presented as the background of this era, Fraser made a contribution for development of Western democracy and promoting equitable distribution and improving social equality under the new historical conditions. She constructed the"monism three-dimensional""anti-normative"theory of justice, which not only showed the depth of her thinking in critical theory, but also demonstrate humanitarian concern for all humanity of a political philosopher.
