Music group is the branch of a nation or ethnic communities, joined by a particular practice of traditional music and musical instrument. At the level of organizational structure, this is the smallest form of group which has relatively good stability. The study of the music group is one of the important steps for doing actual field research. As a Uygur old and traditional folk music and dance divertimento, Hami Muqam evolved as the history process. We can't carry out the tradition, protect and develop the Hami Muqam, unless we have study the Muqam music group in real life. Hami Muqam music group has very strong local characteristics, as its members, they live the same life as ordinary farmer, but there are differences. As the maker of the music their dual role in their life needs to have very precise management. It is present from its member, structural of the music (title, instrument, etc.), and activates and other aspects reflect the cultural outlook. In addition to introduction text, the body part is divided into five parts:Introduction part, through research of the existing literature and analysis, the author found that from the current situation of Uygur Muqam, 12 Kashkar Muqam in southern Xingjian region, and Dao Lang Muqam are the academic research focus, and formed many study groups, and have some high-quality academic research results emerged. But as for the Hami Muqam music group, from the existing research papers, academic achievements, as well as the perspective of concern, very little is done.In the first part of the paper, from the perspective of geographical, historical, Hami Uygur cultures, and the characteristics of the Hami Muqam, and describe the culture background of Hami Muqam in detail. The goal is to reveal if there are any connections between the regional characteristics and culture background.In the second part, simple description of the Nom Muqam social group, study through the activities of the social group; and to define the characteristics of the Nom Muqam social group's music.In the 3rd part, reveal the relationship between the female members and music culture. And try to understand the reason of the existence of the female ban members and how to heritage their tradition and culture.In the fourth part, the relationship between the local performance and the Muqam social group, local performance is a very importance way of expressing and advertise music for Muqam group. In conclusion, as today's economic development, the town of Nom has becoming more open to the outside world .The author have discovered that, even during the Meshrap, people are trend to use DVDs or CDs to play music instead of the actual performance; lack of communication causes the Muqam social group start to fade away from publics eyes. The author has also discovered that Nom Town Muqam group has a serious imbalance in the proportion of community artists, artists are still use the traditional way of female drummers heritage to carry on Muqam, while for male artist, they did not receive enough attention. Under today's overall sociality environment, the absence of male artists is a pressing need for social group.
