In the juncture of Hunan, Hubei, Chongqing and Guizhou provinces, there located the Wuling Mountains where lives the tujia nationalities. Under the impact of modernization and global economy developing, the language and culture of Tujia, cognitive psychology, civil customs and many traditional cultures| are on the verge of extinction. With the focus on investigation of linguistic and cultural features of the Tujia folk songs, this subject discusses linguistic and cultural features and pragmatic features of the Tujia folk songs from the aspects of ballads form, language sentence, content and rhetoric. Finally, We seek the rule of the Tujia language artistic ways and social and cultural characteristics reflected by that in order to inherit the Tujia national culture.
