During the Spring and Autumn and Warring Stage Period,society,politics and economy undergone profound changeces ,it emergenced"Pre-Qin Philosopher Contending"of situation in the ideological field. As a new landlord class, Xunzi have a wide contact with and research in a broad the ideas of various schools of thought at the time, as Confucianism to the basis for criticism and absorption the length of all Philosopher, formed his own theoretical system. Xunzi made a creative development from the reality of social development at that time. Ritual is the core content in the Confucian political ethics, as the synthesizer of the pre-Qin Confucian, Xun Zi, inherited and developed the idea of Confucius for the government to ceremony, regardcourtesy as a fundamental of human society,to advance the understanding of ritual a new height. Xun Zi didn't only emphasis on"ritual"in the role of society political but also attaches great importance to the"law"of the country's role in the governance and the people, to a certain extent, beyond the traditional Confucian"Stressing Morality and lighting punishment"tendencies. The unique nature of the history of the Confucian of Xun Zi is he comprehensive transformation of the two major Confucian and Legalist school, founded a unified view of the famous etiquette. On the one hand, he adapt to the new situation of the late Warring States Period, taken a critical inheritance to the Confucius's thought; on the other hand, to absorpt the the Legalist law critically on the basis of the Courtesy , melting etiquette in a furnace, so that Confucianism France two homes tend to merge. This had an important impact for the field of social and ideological later ,in order to inherit and develop our contemporary culture of the pre-Qin outstanding provide useful resources for us.
