Subjective well-being index as a measure of people's standards of happiness, and it pays more attention to researchers. In recent years, with the rise of positive psychology, subjective well-being for research attention by many researchers at home and abroad, is a hot field of modern psychology. With the deepening of the study, subjective well-being of college students are studied more and more attention. College students as a major force in Future development of society , the status of their happiness is more subject to our attention, We discuss and research the status and subjective well-being factors about college students. It plays a very important role to grasp of the mental health of college students and raise the level of subjective well being.This study focuses on self-efficacy, achievement motivation and social support and subjective well being. Subjective well-being questionnaire issued to the method of College Students. The results show:(1)Subjective well-being of college students are significant differences in sex, subjective well-being of girls than boys. Subjective well-being of college students are significant differences in art and sciences, subjective well-being of arts than sciences. Subjective well-being of college students are significant differences in urban and rural areas. Urban student than rural student.(2)Self-efficacy and subjective well-being correlation analysis shows that self-efficacy and subjective well-being and its dimensions were significant between the correlation. Regression equation shows self-efficacy predictive of the role of subjective well-being, and it is subjective well-being one of the predictor. (3)Achievement motivation with its dimensions and subjective well-being with its dimensions are significant correlation between.. Achievement motivation is also on SWB predict.(4)Through social support and subjective well-being of the correlation and regression coefficient indicates that social support and subjective well-being are closely related, and social support directly affect the subjective sense of happiness. Social support and subjective well-being there is an intermediary between the factors, regression analysis showed that through the achievement motivation intermediary role between the two, social support, achievement motivation through the impact on SWB.
