Vocational interest is the future of what career want to engage in self recognition and desire.There are a lot of factors that influence the professional interest,is there a close relationship between the social support and the professional interest of the achievement motive and the objective factor as the subjective factor? This special group of students in the occupation career development,growth and exploration of an important period,need to interest as the center,understanding and evaluation to the choice of occupation,the occupation of the future.Therefore,the occupation interest and achievement motivation,to reform the students' social support relationship research,the aim is to understand the status of occupation interest,achievement motivation and social support in Yunnan province at middle school reform school students,carefully find out the relationship between the three.Aim is to provide some advice for the discovery and cultivation of the students' occupation interest.This paper selects the social support and achievement motivation as the main influencing factors of occupation interest to study in Yunnan province at middle school 130 training students as the research object,to explore the relationship between different gender and urban / rural child or not,and whether the parents divorced in 4 dimensions in terms of occupation interest,achievement motivation and social support as well as the differences between the three,and try to predict the Yunnan province middle school students at work to reveal the social support,achievement motivation of occupation interest.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The students' occupation interest score ranking:Artistic type>Investigation type >enterprise type >Social type>Conventional type>Realistic type;Achievement motivation level is low,the performance of the pursuit of success motivation is not strong,but also very easy to be afraid of failure;social support level to be improved,can feel the order of support:Original peer support>Family support>Teacher support>New peer support.(2)the students' occupation interest there is a significant difference in gender and region.The male students in the occupation interest scale of "art" score wassignificantly lower than that of female.The source for the city in the students' occupation interest questionnaire in the dimension of "research" and "art" and "enterprise" three dimension scores were significantly higher than those of students for students in rural areas;(3)the students' achievement motivation have significant differences in terms of gender.The scores of male students in the achievement motivation scale "to avoid failure" is significantly higher than female students;(4)the students' social support whether there are significant differences in the students and parents divorced.Students for the city of training students in social support questionnaire dimensions of teacher support score was significantly higher than that of students for students in rural areas.Divorced parents training students in social support questionnaire "family support" score was significantly lower than that of parents not divorced students;(5)there is a significant correlation between the various dimensions of reform school students' occupation interest,achievement motivation,social support;(6)achievement motivation and social support have an impact on all types of occupations,and can be used as an effective predictor of career interest.Study on how to find and cultivate students the occupation interest,put forward the following suggestions:Family level:Help the students to discover and cultivate the occupation interest in order to understand children,respect the facts.Timely support,affirmation and strengthen,to help children find interest,and develop a wide range of stable and professional interests.School level:(1)setting up career education courses;(2)Stimulate achievement motivation,improve the level of social support;(3)guide the participation of various forms of professional practice.
