On the Statesmanship of Premier Zhou EnlaiAbstractChina is currently under socialist market economy.Under the mass social producrionjhis system enables enterprises to be directly involved with the market and enables a rational allocation of producthity factors through competition. However , allocation by the market fails too.For example ,it may cause an inbalance between the total supply and the total demand and bring about unreasonable srtucture. To avoid those side effects and to guide the market wisely .our government needs to execute an effective Macro-control over the market .To achieve tins .we should draw experience both from the undergoing economic practices and from the administration of die past.Zhou Enlai is the founder of Chinese statesmanship system.26 years as the Premier made him rich in experiences on statesmanship .A research should be carried out on that . Study on Zhou Enlai in china dated back to 20 years ago and the study has proved itself fruitful.More breakthroughs are expected as more comprehensive researching methods are employed.Yet.honestly speaking.much should be done on Zhou's statesmanship. This paper considers the followings are neglected. First.more depth should be given .Most of the published papers and books on Zhou are Henneneutic in which only "What is it " and " How is it" are discussed.while "Why is it " is not well thought.Second .a comparative study should be used .The faults in Zhou's idea and practice on administration is an important field on his study. The study of Zhou's statesmanship is a system .requiring time.energy and money. The avowed aim of this paper is to have a research on Zhou's features of administration.A systematic study is done on Zhou's statesmanship by the internal logics. It also tries a hand at the effects of Zhou's cultural tradition and growing -up on his statesmanship.A comparison is also made between Zhou's and Mao Zedong's statesmanship.Basing on the fact that Zhou Enlai was an political activist.the paper chooses descriptive approach with some reasoning .Zhou was a statesman who won great admiration.26 years as the Premier saw the formation of his statesmanship distinguished by "for the populace .for cooperation"."being mutual.democratic and scientific"."seeking for the truth and the commen while reserving the difference ".Integrated into a whole."for the populace"is the starting point ."forcooperation"the purpose.and the last two parts are the means."First I'm a Chinese",said Zhou. This stentence leads people to the implied important value in his statesmanship. That is to serve the Chinese people. This sentence also shows the obvious Chinese characteristics of Zhou's statesmanship which is based on China's thousands-of -year cultural heritage. As a proletarian statesman.Zhou's statesmanship displays not only the unique oriental warmth and harmony of China's agricultural civilization but the reasoning power of the socialist political principles. This perpectintegration derives from Zhou's philosophy------Marxism on conception of the world andconception of history. China's traditional culture and Marxism form the main thrust of Zhou' s statesmanship. The perfection of the two's integration owes to Zhou's assiduous self improvement and learning from others.Mao Zedong and Zhou Enlai.both as the key members of the first leading generation, share many similarities as far as their statesmanships are concerned Both are strongly charactered by respect to lives and to truth .Cooperation is their mutual dream.Through those similarities.we can see more clearly how their different lives and jobs make their statesmanship diferent .Mao's is of simplicity and determinationjike Hunan's strong peppers. While .Zhou's is more like Shao Xin's wine ,gentle and urbane.Much to be regretted.Zhou Enlai had to make decisions which were against to his will because of the external pressure and the need to protect the Party's interest.Tins led to the distortion of his statesmanship. For the reason.this paper holds both the wide spread of" worship of...
