Study On The Thoughts Of "human Desire" And "appointment Of Human" Of Lushichunqiu

Lushichunqiu written in the period before Qin in china was a important cultural ancient book which implicated rich ideas of psychology. The thesis expounds emphatically the psychological ideas of "cognizance of human" and "appointment of human" in lushichunqiu .The whole article contains four parts.The first part states the view of "human desire" of lushichunqiu.Lushichunqiu attached importance to the role of "human desire" and considered that a person who has not any desire shouldn't be appointed. So lushichunqiu confirmed the objective necessity of "human desire", meanwhile, it advocated that the "human desire" should be appropriate.The second part touches upon the ideas of "cognizance of human" of lushichunqiu. Analysed from the psychological angle,lushichunqiu states systematically three questions as follows: the importance, difficulty and probability of "cognizance of human".The third part expounds the methods about "cognizance of human" and "appointment of human" afforded by lushichunqiu. Firstly ,this part analyses the basic principle of "cognizance of human" in lushichunqiu; Secondly, it analyses the main methods about how to cognize a person in lushichunqiu;Thirdly, it discusses the methods about how to buy over popular support in lushichunqiu; Finally, this part approaches the questions of psychological health care in lushichunqiu.The last part analyses the modern significance of the psychological thoughts of lushichunqiu . Comparing the view of "human desire" in lushichunqiu with the western humanity hypothesis, the former which supplies useful experiences to modern administrative psychology has more Chinese characteristic. At the same time, the methods of "cognizance of human" provides the modern psychology with methodological references. In addition, the methods of "appointment of human" has important referential value to modern administrative institutions.
