THE IMPLICIT RESEARCH ON CHILDEN MODALITY EFFECTImplicit memory is a highlight in memory research. The implicit and explicit memory tasks were investigated by manipulating the modality variable to supply the empirical support for the implicit memory theory. The dissociation was found and the priming effects were showed in both cross-modality and same-modality condition. And the controlling of modality made the implicit and explicit tasks the same effect. The results supported the transfer-appropriate-process theory.
