The body of this paper consists of three parts.Firstly,it tries to retrace the origin of Marx's civil society theory from his early works language context,then analyses this theory's reasonable section and insufficient ones, later it shows the author's immature idea towards various comprehension and argument according to Marx's civil society theory.In the second part,it points out the first dissectedattainment from civil society body-the theory of labor alienationis an essential link to the establishment of the scientific historical theory,the paper here starts from the principle of historically and logically combined,investigates why such a theory is progressive and why degenerative.At last ,this paper recounts the establishment process and great significance of Marx's scientific practice theory,arges that scientific practice theory is the key to his theory of historical materialism,on the other hand,those points of departure such as ideal or abstract person couldn't have attained such high level ,failed to grasp the spirit of Marx's scientific theory.
