On Building Of Chinese Government-owned Enterprise Ethics

This paper studies the ethics problem existing in Chinese government-owned enterprise. First of all,it analyses two kinds of ethical problem:administration ethics and management ethics. It points out the actuality meaning of the study. It's not only the need of establishing socialism market-economy,but also the need of greeting the WTO. Solving the ethics problem is a complicated system,and the development of enterprise ethics is necessary.In enterprise,line of action and behavior mode are decided by peer value. Attributed to the converting of national economy system,government-owned enterprise began to pursuit profits. On the other hand,enterprises are required to undertake moral responsibility. Enterprises should establish a new value:creating benefits for the society the owner and employees.The study in this article belongs to applied ethics. It's expected that this paper can promote enterprises thinking deeply and dictate the proceeding direction.
