Enterprise ethics has been an important discussion in the research of enterprise. The efficiency of enterprise ethics constructing relates directly to the enterprise's development and the achievement of enterprise's aims. During the period of social reform, and on the vigorously today which we cry up socialistic ethics, the discussion of enterprise ethics constructing has the important theory and the practice significance. As a strong procession in Chinese economic developing, the family enterprise's ethics constructing should be attached importance to. On the academic foundation of enterprise ethics, this article mainly probes into familial enterprise ethics from the peculiar angle of ethical capital and the special characteristics of familial enterprise, and we can combine the ethical capital thought with the family enterprise ethics construction. The aim of my study in enterprise ethics from new angle, is to enhance the feasibility, operationality, validity of enterprise ethics constructing and make up for the shortage of the main research. The article dissertates the epoch transformation of familial enterprise's ethical particularity on the basis of the analysis about ethical capital, familial enterprise and enterprise ethics, and analyses the systematic constructing project dialectic angle between immanent and extrinsic, static and dynamic. Then the article probes into the mechanisms to ensure, pass and develop the familial enterprise ethics.
