Based on the J.P.Das's theoretical model (PASS),the purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among experimental tasks self-developed to measure simultaneous and successive (SS). Through psychometrics this dissertation mainly used LISREL to test the congruence between the experimental the simultaneous-successive and several other competing models. The SS model was compared with one-factor model, a verbal-nonverbal model. The results show that the simultaneous-successive model provided the best conceptualization of the underlying structure of the self-developed experimental tasks.
