Family Environment Of The Ethnic Group Of She And It's Impact On The Mental Health Of Their Children Of Junior And High School

This research surveys the family basic circs, family environment, and the mental health of the junior and high school students' in the habitat of the ethnic group of She, by using the self-designed questionnaires, FES-CV, and SCL-90, and compares the mental health and the family environment among the students of the ethnic group of Han, the mixed She-Han, and She. The results show that the basic circs of the ethnic group of She is that most of them are more than one child family, they are poor and reside in mountainous area and country, most of the parents are peasant and their literacy degree are low. The Independence, Intellectual-Cultural Orientation, and Active-Recreational Orientation of the families of the ethnic group of She are lower than the ethnic group of Han's, but the Moral-Religious Emphasis and the Control are higher than the ethnic group of Han's. As a whole, the level of mental health of the ethnic group of She is lower than the ethnic group of Han. The Cohesion, Expressiveness, Conflict, Achievement Orientation, and the Organization is correlate with the mental health of the junior and high school students of the ethnic group of She, so a healthy family of the ethnic group of She should be have high Cohesion, high Expressiveness, high Organization, low Conflict, and mezzo Achievement Orientation. While among the factor of family basic circs, the family economy status is the most important factor to the junior and high school students of the ethnic group of She. So we should improve the mental health of the junior and high school students of the ethnic group of She radically and thereby improve the population diathesis of the ethnic group of She roundly by developing economy of the ethnic group of She, and improve the family environment, especially of the family economy status.
