Combing the case verification and complement with the study of extensive child psychological literature and experimental study, this research inquires into the complex relationship between the child psychological health condition and the effects of the child's social behavioral development as well as the relationship between the factor of family environment and the child's psychological health condition for the purpose of improving parents' foster and breeding pattern so as to discover and correct timely child's psychological and social behavioral problem improving the quality of breeding and providing positive influences upon child's development according to the effective family environment andproviding psychological basis for the scientific and effective cultivation of child's healthy psychology and parents' right breeding behavior and interference .Combining the using of quantitative and qualitative study methods, the author uses the psychological health survey scale for preschool children, the questionnaire for infant's social behavior and the questionnaire for family environment as research tools to investigate the relationship between the preschool children's psychological health and the social behavior and family environment .The main results are following:1. In the infant's psychological health, behavioral hinder and the factor of social association has significant difference in aspects of gender and age, the other factors have no significant differences. Behavior hinder is common in preschool children and the boys have more behavior hinder than girls. Girls are good at social association, but boys are not.2. There is significant difference between infants' social behaviors in aspects of age and gender. The children's prosaically behavior and aggression behavior have apparent difference in different ages. For the reason of gender, boys' scores of aggression are apparently higher than that of girls' , boys' scores of prosaically behavior and association are apparently lower than that of girls', so it can be concluded that boys are incline to hyperactivity, aggression, and they have less friendly helpful actions. The same conclusion can be drawn from the fact that boys get more scores than girls in the factors of hyperactivity and aggression.3. The basic variable of family environment has significant negative relationship with the children's aggression action in school. The cohesion, confliction, achievement-orientation, intellectual-cultural-orientation, and control factors of family environment have no significant positive relation with the children's social behavior in school.4. Tthe basic variables of family environment have significant negative relation with the factors of moral and disposition flaw, shrinking back behavior, behavioral hinder in psychological health. The factor of cohesion in family environment has significant negative relation with the factor of disposition flaw in psychological health .The factor of conflict has significant positive relation with the factors of morale, disposition flaw and shrinking back behavior. The factor of achievement-orientation has significant negative relation with the factor of moral and unhealthy habits. The factor of unhealthy habit has significant negative relation with the factors of intellectual-cultural-orientation, moral, disposition flaw, shrinking back behavior, behavioral hinder and unhealthy habits. The factor of active-recreational orientation has significant negative relation with the factors of moral, disposition flaw, shrinking back behavior, behavioral hinder and other variables.
