This paper mainly discuss the political and military relations between the Arabs and Chinese, the management of northwest regions in the early period of Tang Dynasty, the Tibetan Empire' s expansion in West regions and the Turk' s offsprings' activities in central Asia. All those composed up a confused state in central Asia. Under the rule of Caliph Al-Waleed, Qutaibah b. Muslim has played a important role in Arab conquests in central Asia. The battle of Talas is a important thing in Sino-Arab Relations during the Tang Dynasty. The Arabic expansion actually is a vigorous challenge to the political sovereign in Western Regions of Tang Dynasty, but this challenge is indirect.The thesis based on the former scholar' s studies. In some place , the author proposed his own opinions.
