The paper analyses the resultant item of "Bizi" sentence in modern Chinese and considers that the semantic meaning of "Bizi" sentence requires the resultant item must embody "quantitative retractility" . The paper divides the resultant item of "Bizi" sentence into three types: AP> VP and NP, then separately explores syntactic restrictions on them by the sentential semantics. The paper also gives restricted sequence which could sever as syntactic component of the three resultant items and interprets it from semantics, cognizance and other angles. The confirmation, hide and activation of the comparative point of "Bizi" sentence has a close relationship with the resultant item. The paper explores the relationship between the three types of resultant items and their corresponding comparative points and interprets the hide- visibility of comparative point with the activation-spreading-model theory.
