Taoism, Zhuangzi's spirit in particular, presents a new aspect in Chinese art. In this case, to make a close study on Chinese Aesthetics before Qin Dynasty, is quite useful and necessary to probe into the spiritual questions of the prevailing painting creation. For many reasons, the research concerned still owns some vagueness on how to review traditional culture. Therefore, the paper finds it Imperative to deal with this question emerging from Painting Creation.The introductory part will illustrate this paper's significance, introduce its background, the research on it at present time and bring about the fundamental research method as well.Part one has shown the development and some problems from Painting Creation on the basis of fully analyzing current Aesthetics culture with the relationship to Painting Creation.In part two, the paper illustrates and analyzes contemporary understanding to Zhuangzi's Aesthetic attitude on the basis of other ancient Chinese inheritators to Taoism, to Zhuangzi's Aesthetic Standards on Beyond Utilitarianism and Whole Faithfulness in Painting Creation in particular. Part three is to conclude Painting Creation, the paper finds that only under the guidance of Zhuangzi's Aesthetic Standards on Beyond Utilitarianism and Whole Faithfulness in Painting Creation and inheriting from Chinese traditions is it possible to establish an Aesthetic Value in Chinese Oil Painting Creation. To prove it, the paper has made a close illustration through historical and essential materials.Finally, the paper put forward that Zhuangzi's Aesthetic Standards on Beyond Utilitarianism and Whole Faithfulness in Painting Creation is a necessary condition for Oil Painting by making use of artist Chen Junde's long-term experience.
