The article's theme is about Islam, females of hui-nationality, and the relationships between them. The subjects are hui females (i.e., most of them are girls and the others are teachers ) who live and study in Zhangjiachuan Muslim culture college (muxiao for short) in Gansu province. And the research is in the purpose of showing a specific existence of Islam life. There are 5 parts in this article, including the prolusion, the setting, the methods, the meaning interpretation and discussion. First, the author demonstrated why the subject has been focused on Islam and females of hui-nationality, specifically, the reason lays on the facts that the author's hometown is in Zhangjiachuan hui autonomic county, and the author is interested in the custom of their life. Furthermore, the author's professors have devoted themselves to minority education for decades, especially those minorities who live in northwest of china. Second, the author presents the documents concerning religious views of women who believe in other religions. Then, through reviewing of anthropology, social anthropology, religious anthropology and feminist anthropology, the author decides to use feminist anthropology as her research sight and some feminist anthropology study patterns are applied into the research. Third, the primary methods include interview, observation, and the collection and analysis of objects. In addition to previous methods, others such as sampling, open questionnaire and so on are included. Forth, there are two components in this part. From June in 2002 to March in 2003, ranging approximate 10 months, the author spends much time in Muxiao and collects extensive data connectedwith the females' daily life. Therefore, the first component is the thick description of females' daily life, such as five-time -worship everyday, fasting during Ramadan and having lessons in one week. The cases that are related with female students and teachers, two principals, several male teachers, a father and so on are presented in this component. Accordingly, by using the semantic analysis of female students' words, the result indicates that some words reflect their religiosity. The second component gives the reasons why those females go to muxiao to study religious knowledge, to learn how to promoting their dharma .In the end of the forth part, the author interprets that in hui community, like ntuxiao, females' religion growth is influenced by some external factors, such as obligation education system, social environment, family foster and breeding pattern and some internal factors, such as the individuals' psychological development and their inborn identity. Islam itself is both an internal factor and an external factor. Therefore, the females' religious growth is a complex process. Based on previous description and analysis, the author constructs a model about females' religious belief growth. In the last part, the author discusses three points that concern validity, generalization and ethical issues. It is worth noting that this research is also a practice of qualitative study method and conception.
