The constant change of Hui Islamic culture makes it have the characteristics of China's native Islam. When the social and economic foundation changes, comply with the law, advancing with The Times is the most simple and the most powerful logic of life. The change of food culture is an important explicit behavior of The Hui nationality in the process of self-selection of religion and national identity. The separation of ethnic and religious identities is the logic of their self-adjusting life. The social culture stipulated and continued by the traditional religious culture will also be reconstructed by the modern social structure.Today, whether you go to church or eat depends on your choice of life. For these Hui people,"anomia" is not only a corrective mechanism provided by the social structure, but also helps them realize the freedom of individual cultural choice. The secession of religious identity is not a challenge of principle, but a gentle choice made by individuals in the context of tolerance and acquiescence of society and family. In the whole process, there was no strong hand in control, but every individual took the initiative to participate in the transformation process of Islam culture localization of Hui nationality. The native culture of Islam is the result of the localization of Islam. The localization of Hui Islamic culture is not the disappearance of Islamic culture, but the dynamic cultural adaptation, thus forming the local hui Islamic culture with regional characteristics.Based on the case interviews with the native Hui in Nanjing, this paper finds that the native Culture of Islam of the Nanjing Hui nationality is mainly manifested in two aspects. On the one hand,it is the separation of religion and ethnic identity, and the identity of some Nanjing Hui nationality does not depend on whether they believe in Islam. The identity characteristics recognized by them are reflected in the name of the ethnic group on the identity card and the explicit cultural symbol of the living habits slightly different from that of the Han nationality--the eating habits. On the other hand, the characteristics of the Hui nationality are constantly changingand extremely localized. Therefore, for some native Hui people in Nanjing who believe in Islam, their religious identity and blood relationship identity are strong, but the form and content of their belief gradually change over time.Take Nanjing Hushu Town, the largest hui community in Jiangsu Province,as an example. Most of the native Hui Muslims have not received systematic education of scripture,so their understanding of Islam is limited to the simple knowledge they have been exposed to since childhood. Therefore, they gradually lose the intrinsic motivation to adhere to religious lessons. However,no matter from the perspective of customs, family cultural inheritance and compliance,or from the perspective of positive self-identity of Muslims, these native Hui Muslims who lack knowledge of Islamic Scriptures are still groups within the Islamic faith. In fact, the native Islamic culture of The Hui nationality has been created in different time and space in the process of promoting the formation and development of the Hui nationality. It is the result of adapting to the localization and has regional differences.Strictly speaking,it is the local religious culture of Islam in China. Therefore, the peculiarity of Islam in China is the result of the localized development of Its own Islam. The Hui ethnic group in Nanjing believed in Islam as a bond, through intermarriage between ethnic groups,so that blood and other nationalities are inseparable. The unity of blood ties catalyzed the gradual formation of Chinese national culture,a collective theme that could connect all social individuals within the country. This "self" identity promotes the state of integration of culture and constructs the Chinese nation community with blood thicker than water. The result of localization of Hui Islam in Nanjing today is that the native culture of Hui Islam in Nanjing is composed of a certain degree of reservation of Islamic overt cultural symbols and a certain degree of absorption of local Han culture. The evolution of Hui nationality culture in Chinese main culture is also the epitome of the evolution of Chinese society.
