Review On The Wan School Of Natural Philology

In the history of Chinese culture ,the textolology of Qing ,the Han school of classical philology ,the Sui and Tang Buddhism as well the Song and Ming school of idealist philosophy are four peaks,while the Wan school of natural philology(Wan Pai Pu Xue) epitomizes them . the research of "the Wan school (Wan Pai)" is an important question for study in the learning of Qing(Qing Dai Xue Shu) and the history of Chinese culture. The thesis consists of four chapters, one spare discussing and four appendixs . It's main contents and the interactions ,we can illustrate as follows:In the first chapter ,the paper recalls the fundamental sistutions of the research on Wan school of natural philology in 20th century ,analyses the main contents of every stage,summarizes its success or failure,takes note to the inheriting and developing conditions between stages. At last , it points out the failure in the research of the Wan school of natural philology in 20lh century .In the second chapter, the paper spends a great length of a piece of writing to dissect the basic connotation of "Wan school" and "Natural philology(Pu Xue)" according to the method in which it annotates the key element of form a word ,then it expounds and proves the cause and result to explain why names the paper after the Wan school of natural philology .In the third chapter ,the paper expounds the contributing factors of the Wan school of natural philology from six aspects. Among them, the three aspects of "the influence of the early Qing learning", "the influence of the Qing culture policy "and "the influence of the western culture"also belong to the schoarlarship of Qian and Jia period'Mn addition ,it demonstrates the Hui zhou element ",in other word,it includes three sides :one is "the influence of Hui zhou geographical conditions",one is "the affect of Hui zhou merchant",one is "the transformation from the Xin'an school of idealist philosophy to Wan school of natural philology",we say ,the above three aspects take an important role.In the fourth chapter ,the paper expounds and proves the evolution of the Wan school of natural philology. It observes and studies the evolution according to three phases (period of enlightment ,period of development, period of changing banner), analyses the characters and route of doing scholarly research etc,promulgates the inner relations between the different stages.I has little talent and less learning ,so , while the paper named after "Review on the Wan school of natural philology ", It acknowledges the paper can be detailed "pass on the ancient culture without anything new on it ". Thus ,It adds a "spare discussing" after the main body,in which , four pieces of reading notes selected.
