| Based on many linguistic facts, the paper mainly discusses the conjunction in Sou Shen Ji. First of all, it simply reviews the state of study done by the former scholars, then by comparison it establishes the standard to delimit the members of conjunction. Secondly, it classified the conjunction into eleven bands. Thirdly, it make an effort to analyze these conjunction' grammatical function and meaning. Furthermore, by contrast with the conjunction situation in anterior,Contemporary and following linguistic periods, the writer comes to a conclusion: conjunction has a transitional characteristic. At last, this paper auges the forming way of Shuang-yin conjunctionin Sou Shen Ji.
