Purposed discourse construction and discourse understanding is one of the social interactions based on the cultural types of lecturers and in which both communicative parties participate . Since 20th century, the study of social science has turned to a tendency of discourse research. Many traditional sciences such as literature, linguistics, sociology, anthropology and philosophy have begun to explore the use of language (active language) within their own special fields, Influenced by Saussure's structuralism linguistics. They mainly make researches on text structure, language conditions and the interrelation between the sentences, for example, G. Leech, a linguist in Britain, has systematically analyzed poems, advertisements and news. These researches improve not only the development of linguistics and literature theory in 20th century, but also the development of other social science subjects.Culture is one of the important backgrounds in discourse communication and plays an important role in production coherence and conveying forms of discourse. The communicative processes of language, in addition to be controlled by the outside communicative conditions, are directly dominated by cultural concepts and thinking customs shaped in the minds of interactive parties. This article comparatively analyzesthe differences of core spiritual contents in social interactions and English -Chinese communicative discourse influenced by cultures and its reasons from the view of value concept , moral concept and thinkingmodes. It explores the cultural reasons of the differences of English-Chinese discourse expressions. The development of this study is the main part of comparative literature. It can theoretically push linguistics forward and further develop the study of comparative literature, practically help improve the understanding of foreign languages and inter -culture communication.
