On the base of the revolution of thinking mode in traditional philosophy, Marx established the principle of practice, which enabled him to comprehend the relationship between human and nature scientifically. Therefore, systematic theory of human and nature of Marx has come into being. This theory has great practical and theoretic significance in contemporary times when the relationship between human and nature is endangered, and ecological environments become worse.This essay consists of three sections. The first section reviews historical evolution of Marx's theory of human and nature, according to the principle of integration of logic and history. The second section expounds its basic connotations and logical development, based on Marx's classic. From the mode of solution, the existent plight of contemporary people, and the contemporary fortune of the theory, the third section probes the contemporary values of Marx's theory of human and nature.
