The Preliminary Construction And Analysis Of The Scale For The College Students' Sense Of Interpersonal Association Efficacy

The college students' interpersonal association is an important component of their individual development and has an direct effect on the college students' well-being. Meanwhile the stage of college is an critical time of self-consciousness development and self-identity establishment.Based on investigation about 1200 college students' interpersonal association theory of psychology and advices from experts, this research analyses the college students' sense of interpersonal association efficacy.The result demonstrates the sense of college students' interpersonal association efficacy consists of six aspects:intimation efficacy, self-impression efficacy, benefit-other efficacy, connection efficacy, mood-control efficacy, self-value efficacy.According to the internal and external research accomplishment of interpersonal association and self-efficacy, we compile the scale for the college students' sense of interpersonal association efficacy. Through this research, we want to discuss the internal mechanism of the college students' interpersonal association and bring the concept of self-efficacy into the area of interpersonal association.
