The Influence Of Need For Cognitive Closureon Different Types Of Interpersonal Conflicts And Solutions Of College Students

Cognitive closure needs to be a research hotspot in psychology in recent years.It is considered as a cognitive feature of human stability.This paper mainly discusses the two problems of cognitive closure:the need for cognitive closure to predict different types of interpersonal conflict and interpersonal conflict resolution.Interpersonal conflict is a common social interaction in people’s daily communication,which will greatly influence the relationship between people.The former that need for cognitive closure in the conflict areas are predictive variables at the same time,the need for cognitive closure as the cognitive characteristics of the individual,will allow individuals to search information in the fuzzy contexts into anxiety emotion,thus affecting the individual information search efficiency,this is not a conflict will affect the behavior of a large number of fuzzy information.And then influence the conflict resolution mode,worthy of further discussion by researchers.In this study,the cognitive closure needs scale was used to measure the cognitive closure needs of college students,that game,ultimatum game games to stimulate interpersonal conflict,to study interpersonal conflict subjects through story situational method solution,using T test,variance analysis,chi square test for statistical analysis of survey results.There are the main conclusions:First,cognitive closure needs to have a significant impact on interpersonal conflict behavior.High cognitive closure requires more interpersonal conflict behavior.Second,cognitive closure needs to have a significant impact on different types of interpersonal conflicts.Compared with conflict situations,high cognitive closure requires more experience of interpersonal conflict in conflict situations.Third,the need for cognitive closure has a significant impact on interpersonal conflict resolution.High cognitive closure requires individuals to choose revenge in the two conflict resolution ways.
