At the beginning of Han Dynasty, there were many famous literary writers around Liu Wu, who was the king of Liang Dynasty. This paper intends to analyse on this phenomenon from different angles. The paper is divided into three parts.Part one, the tradition of the assembling of scholars and some groups which appeared at the beginning of Han Dynasty. At first, this part will sum up the scholar groups from Zhou Dynasty to the Warring States. The intention is to explain that the tradition of the literature persons' collection had existed since the pre-Qin days. Secondly, there were many little countries under the empire and there were many scholars around the king of the little countries. The groups around the Chu Dynasty, Wu Dynasty, Liang Dynasty, Huainan Dynasty and Hejian Dynasty were important and the paper will explain the five groups.Part two, the king of Liang Dynasty and Liang yuan scholar group. Firstly, here is mainly to explain LiuWu' s political life and illustrate the period of his life. Secondly, the paper will make a textual criticism (考证) of the tune when the members came to Liang Dynasty. In addition, the reason that the Liang yuan scholar group took shape was that Liu Wu had particular position and the policy he took to give favoured treatment to the scholars. Besides, the paper intends to explain that how the members' mind developed, and the difference between the scholar of later period and them.Part three, poetic prose's (辞赋) creation of Liang yuan literature group. It is difficult to distinguish the poetic prose which Liang yuan scholars wrote. So it is important to make clear that which poetic prose was written in Liang Dynasty. Analysing the characteristic of these poetic proses is an important part. On this foundation, the position of the little poetic prose, which the Liangyuan scholar group created will also be explained.
