The South Of Jiangxi Province's Social Relief And Change Of Society In 1898～1928

The paper ' s object is function of social relief and mercy in south of Jiang Xi province of the period :from. the late of Qin dynasty to the early of Republic of China.There are three parts of the paper: natural disaster relief ;daily life suspection;educational mercy. Through the anylyzing of the function of social relief and mercy , the author found that the social relief works hadn' t been broken by the chang of the age in from Qing dynasty to R. C age, but to increasing development on the pass ground .The development embodied for multi-subjects of relief;mordern ideas being;contents of social relief abounding. Moreover , the author argued that county base society have great self-adjusted ability, the process of development don' t easily be broken by senior society changes.
