The Theory Of Prose In Han Dynasty

This thesis combs the theory of prose in Han Dynasty. We find that the obvious theories are pragmatics and worships classic what correspond to the political and cultural background of that times. But because the incessant development of the prose works and theories, the theory of prose in Han Dynasty contacted the internal law of the prose closely. For example, the development concept of the prose, the aesthetics concept of the prose from deep feelings, the state-of-mind theory of the prose, these theories all inquired into the internal law of the prose and cause series of valuable theories. These theories established the basis for the literature of Wei-Jin Dynasty.This thesis is divided into three parts including the preface, the text and the verdict. The preface firstly introduced the political and cultural background of Han Dynasty, secondly introduced the evolution of the literature conception, at last elaborated the concept of the prose. The middle principal part elaborated the main theories of the prose. In the last part we summarized the whole paper and explicated the position and affection of the prose theory in Han Dynasty.
