The Research On The Choice Of Chinese Documentaries' Subjects In The Field Of Communication

This dissertation analyzes the choice of Chinese documentaries' subjects created in the past 50 years. Differing from the other researches, this dissertation applies some theories of communication studies to explain the creation of documentary. In the different era, the different communication concept has a deep influence on the choice of subjects. Through the research on the subject, the author tries to recognize the media properties of the documentary and get a clear understanding of the history of Chinese documentary, and predict its development in the near future.
