The Superficial Analysis About The Manpower Resources Of The Anti-Japanese War Base Area In JinChaJi

The thesis analyses the ways of the manpower resources development of the border area in JinChaJi, and the internal and external causes. All above things are based on the basic condition of the manpower resources of the border area in JinChaJi. The manpower resources development of the border area in JinChaJi is essentially a concentrated reflection of the policy that was made for victory of national revolution, at the same time, it also embodied the stage characteristic of the Anti-Japanese war in China.The thesis is divided into four parts according to the manpower resources development of the border area and coincidence standard of the development of the war of Resistance Against Japan.They are separately: the earlier stage of the war, the earlier stage of being locked in a stalemate, the later stage ,of being locked in a stalemate and the later part of the Anti-Japanese War. After the systematic analyses of the four parts, we can see the evolution of the manpower resources of the border area in JinChaJi from the quantity to the development of the quality and quantity, at the same time ,the thesis reaveals the reasons why the arms of the border area are strengthened, and proves that the policy of the arms of our party is correct.In a word , the manpower resources of the base area in JinChaJi inwardly tally with the stage development of the Anti-Japanese war according to the actual demand of war situation, through harmony of quality and quantity, the manpower resources are gradually developed and strengthened.
