Several Piano Works Research Of Brahms

Some people say that Brahms is a conservative musician, somepeople think that he is a forerunner. Brahms inherited quintessence of classicism completely and enhanced the classical tradition to a new and poetic realm. His music is simple, lovely, grave and warm. His romantic feeling was hided in the balanced classical form. It is graceful and sensitive.When studied several piano works of Brahms, I found that structures which he used are not always in regular form. Romatic sense was shown here and there. But aesthetic sense of classicism runs through his works.In preface, I interpreted direction and method which I used in this article. I synthesized and analyzed characteristic of these works. I researched the aesthetic relation between subject and these works too.I introduced Brahms' life and background in the first chapter.In the second chapter, I analyzed the structure of them and seek the way to annotate these works.I used the third chapter to summarize style and writing skill of these works. It is demonstrate that Brahms' creation in composing is based on classical aesthetic principles.
