Jiashanqiang, Located betweed Qianshanhua and Houshanhua, has differences in sound, word and grammer, especially sound. The paper describes phonological system of Jiashanqiang, compares the Jiashanqiang with Qianshanhua and Houshanhua, finds out the differences , tryes to analyse the substratum and explores the phonological transitional features of Jiashanqiang. The paper falls into five parts.The first part is introduction to geography and present studies of Jiashanqiang.The second part is describtion of the phonological system in eluding initials, finals and tones.The third part is homosyllable units chart of Jiashanqiang.The forth part ' is comparison between Jiashanqiang and Houshanhua in the initials, finals and tones.The fifth part is comparison between Jiashanqiang and Qianshanhua in the initials, finals and tones.The sixth part discuses the phononogical transitional features of Jiashanqiang based on the third and the forth parts.
