The Research Of XuZiShuo

The book of XuZiShuo is another book specially explaining the function word of ancient Chinese after the book of ZhuYuCi in China. Studying the book will help us not only to explore the problem of word type, especially the function word, but also to evaluate the book's achivement objectivelly. The paper is composed of five parts. Part one the preface, to introduce the book and its author briefly. Part two, to analyze the theory of "shen qing sheng qi " employed in the book. Part three, to explore the problem of grammar involved in the book, including word type, grammar structure & function and mood, and also the influence of the book to grammar books afterwards. Part four, to observe the characteristics of the explaining way from the aspect of spoken Chinese , explaining thought and rhetoric .Part five, to point out the weak points of the book.
