As the industry civilization moves forward to the whole world, worsened environment, deficient resource and out-of-balanced ecology have become globalized problems on mankind's survival and development. Severe reality makes people realize deeply that environment is not the ground which can supply abundant never-be-used-up resources, but the foundation for human's existence. The mankind has already realized more and more clearly that the settlement of the environmental pollution and ecological problems can't only rely on the law and economic means but also appeal to the ethics idea.Environmental ethics of natural centre doctrines appears along with the introspections to the ecocrisis that civilization in modern times lead to. This text finds the irrationality of the foothold of the environmental ethics of natural centre doctrines through the analysis to the thought of environmental ethics, emphasizes the certainty and rationality of the appearance of modern human centre doctrine and tries hard to go out of predicament of the environmental ethics of natural centre doctrines till it draws the correct understanding on the relationship between people and nature and establishes scientific environmental ethics. To insist that the thought of environmental ethics of this human centre doctrine is to explain that the ultimate goal of environmental ethics study is not the" perfection , steadiness and beauty" of mankind-mean-waded nature, but to break away thoroughly from environmental crisis and predicament of mankind survival and development in order to finally reach their unity. The article divides into four parts as follows:The first part explains the certainty, meaning and theory value of formulation of environmental ethics of natural centre doctrine. It emerges along with the appearance of environmental problems. The works of ecological ethics began to appear at the end of the forties of the 19th century, and after the seventies of the 20th century, western environmental ethics began to be developed rapidly. Environmental ethics , from the point of view of ecology, is the restraint of freedom to taking action in the struggle for existence; while for traditional philosophy, it carries on good-or-evil judge to the social behavior. There are two kinds of definitions from western environmental ethics scholars: one is the "relation" doctrine, the other is "incumbency" doctrine. The former says that environmental ethics is an all-sided system to prove and ethics responsibility between people and natural environment. The environmental crisis is becoming more and more serious day by day, from primitive society, agriculture society, industrialized society to the modern technological society, each leap of science and technology makes the mankind intervention to nature rise up into a new level natural and leads to the inflation of the human subject with extreme consciousness. It must appeal to environmental pollution and settlement of the out-of-balance problem of the ecology in the ethics idea, and the relationship people and natural must be examined closely again. The theory value of environmental ethics of natural centre doctrine lies in that the proposition of the ecological value theory is the bold break-through to traditional ethics, and the scale of the targets who morals show loving care for are expanded to other species and whole ecosystemses out of human being. Environmental ethics of natural centre doctrine is a result of the change of people's self- introspection ethics. The second part discusses the basic thought and theory of the environmental ethics of natural centre doctrines. 1,The theories of animal liberation/rights theory: Delegated by P. Siger ,Peter the theory of animals' liberation begin from the Utilitarianism and holds that the principle treat persons' interests fairly should be extended on to animals. Delegated by T. Regan ,the theory of animals' rights begins from Kant's Deonology and hold that we should protect animals for they have inviolable rights as people. 2,Boi-egal...
