Objective1. Establish a scientific method for mental subhealth status screening and use this method to understand the status of mental subhealth in students of Grangdong medical university.2. To do criterion-related validity test for the screening method.3. Useing biofeedback therapy intervenes in the mental subhealth people by aimed at their characteristics, and then evaluate the therapeutic effect.Methods1. Using the Cornell Medical Index (CMI) and interlocution to screen mental subhealth people from 412 grade one students from a Guangdong Medical University.2. Doing criterion-related validity test for the screening method by using psychiatric interlocution, anxiety and dumps grade, basic physiological value as criterion.3. Using biofeedback therapy intervenes in the mental subhealth students.4. Using anxiety and dumps grade, sleeping quality, basic physiological value to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results1. The mental health status of Guangdong medical university studentsThe Guangdong medical university students show higher scores of CMI than civilian university students. There were no significant differences betweenmale and female, between singleton and non-singleton, between citizen and villager.2. The mental subhealth status of Guangdong medical university students There are 18.2% of mental subhealth students in Guangdong medicaluniversity.3. The physical and mental status of subhealth students. The physical and mental statuses of subhealth students are significant worse than the CMI health status.4. The criterion-related validity test for the subhealth students screening methodThe result of criterion-related validity test by using psychiatric interlocution anxiety and dumps grade > sleeping quality ^ basic physiological value as criterion shows the screening method is valid.5. Using physiological value to evaluate the biofeedback therapeutic effect The myoelectric voltage of mental subhealth students study group after thetreatment is obviously lower than before; is obviously lower than mental subhealth students control group; is obviously lower than mental health students.6. Using psychological value to evaluate the biofeedback therapeutic effect The SAS of mental subhealth students study group after the treatment isobviously lower than before; is obviously lower than mental subhealth students control group; is obviously higher than mental health students. The sleep duration and daytime dysfunction of mental subhealth students study group after the treatment are obviously lower than before, the sleep duration and daytime dysfunction and PSQI score of mental subhealth students study group after the treatment are obviously lower than mental subhealth students control group;the habitual sleep efficiency and daytime dysfunction of mental subhealth students study group after the treatment are obviously lower than students of generic Guangdong university.7. The analysis of the relationship between subhealth students' myoelectric voltage changes and the psychological characterThere is significant correlation between subhealth students' myoelectric voltage reduction before and after the bilfeedback treatment and SAS score before treatment. There is correlation between subhealth students' myoelectric voltage reduction before and after the bilfeedback treatment and SDS score before treatment, but the correlation is not significant.Conclusion1. There are 18.2% of mental subhealth students in Guangdong medical university.2. The physical and mental status of subhealth students are significant worse than the CMI health status.3. The screening method can effectively screen the mental subhealth students.4. The biofeedback therapy can effectively reduce the anxiety of mental subhealth students.5. The mental status of mental subhealth students improved with a period of biofeedback therapy, but still not as good as mental health students.6. The sleeping quality of mental subhealth students improved with a period of...
