Anglo—American Special Relationship built during the World WarII has been going on after the war for the need of their respectivebenefit and are influencing the international situation and some majoraffairs as well. Anglo—American Special Relationship had repeatedsetback and evolution, but it hasn't changed the original nature and thebasic target. Some Chinese scholars think that Anglo—American Special Relationship had ended in 1970s and regressed to normalrelationship between countries .In this regard, 1 believe, it is not true. The truth is Anglo—American Special Relationship not only hasn't ended, but also has been influencing the world order post cold war, inwhich the monopolar and the multipolar coexist. United States, depending on its sole super economic and military strength, attempts to build a monopower world order under his control, while Britain follows United States closely and abets the evil doer. During the struggle between the monopolar and the multipolar, Anglo—American Special Relationship has been endowed with new character in new period. Several regional war affairs at present time has proved Anglo— American's wild ambition, that is, to set up their hegemony by using force jointly, which will greatly destroy the world peace, safety and development. For this reason, deep understanding of Anglo—American Special Relationship, the set-up, the reason for establishment, the process of evolution, the new character in new period and the essence, will contribute to disclose the conspiracy of founding the new world order that planed and controlled by the Anglo—American SpecialRelationship.
