It discusses about the Guanlong Families' political activities and the mutual relation between the Guanlong Families and the Western Wei & Northern Zhou Dynasty.Through the discussion, we can draw the following conclusion: the political combination between the Guanlong Families and the Western Wei & Northern Zhou Dynasty had the historic inevitability. After the Cao Wei and Western Jin Dynasty, Guanlong Area had lost its original political status, which made then cultural level and political status fall far behind the great Families in Hebei Area.Yuwen Tai, the founder of the Western Wei Dynasty, provided a historic opportunity for the Guanlong Families.
