The Study On The Origin And Development Of The Story Of HuanShaJi

The legendary drama Huan Sha Ji by LiangChenYu of the Ming Dynasty,develops into the clue with the love story of Xi Shi and Fan Li, plays the role of the historical story about the rise and fall of two countries Wu and Yue in the Chunqiu periods. What the story displays is a subject matter accumulated from generation to generation, the evolution and development of the relevant story is long-term source and course, and the accumulating of the materials is quite abundant and jumbled. The story of contention for hegemony between Wu and Yue narrated in the drama ,can be seen in the history records, such as" ZuoZhuan " ,"GuoYu " and "ShiJi". The two history novels " YueJueShu " and " the History of Wu and Yue " in the Dong Han Dynasty , regarding Wu and Yue's history as the subject matter specially, narrate more fully than others, which add the plot of Yue's playing tribute of the beauty Xi Shi to help to defeat Wu.
