Various information technology of communication has been developed rapidly such as computer and network since 1990s. Network penetrates each scope linked with mortal life and produces revolutionary transform about human intercourse means and thus induces the changes of human production manner, thinking mode and value ideas. In the contemporary era, network has been the second living space of human. While nonstandard morality widespread the network communication, which causes the confusion during the human civilization transform and also aggravates the'contemporary human moral crisis.This thesis tries to from the ethical aspect find the origin of nonstandard morality problem of intercourse on Internet, and to provide certain theories for keeping healthy Internet circumstances. Firstly, based on the development of cyberspace, the differentiation of human living space and the development of people's intercourse, this thesis analyzes the historical inevitability of intercourse on Internet that has become an important part of modern life. Secondly, by the analysis on the behavior main body and the cyberspace, this article exceeds communication on network is a kind of individual inter-space communication, which assumes much freeness. Thirdly, by the analysis on nonstandard morality problems in the network communication, the author comes out ethic diversity, technology adoration, law vacancy and the influences of the post-modern times thoughts are the main rootstock factors. Also in this section the writer expounds nonstandard morality is a kind of reflect of various problems of human community. Finally, based on the academicanalysis about the feasibility of social public moral self- discipline adopted by the behavior principal part in the network communication, this article expounds that the principal approach to settle the moral problems in the network communication is to strengthen the main body' s social public moral self-discipline at present.
