This paper researches on the think-category verbs in Chinese and Korean. We get 15 think-category verbs in Chinese by refering to the Modern Chinese Dictionary, the Synonymous Words and 10 think-category verbs in Korean by refeing to the Korean Dictionary, the Standard Korean Dictionary and the Vocabulary of Korean Dictionary.This dissertation analyzes the think-category verbs from five aspects, which are Semantics, syntax collocation, syntax function, reduplicate forms and correspond relations.Firstly, on semantics, we analyze conceptual meaning of the think-category verbs in Chinese and Korean by the model of Lexical components-lexical structure analysis which is brought forward by Fu Huai Qing. As a result, we find the verbs coalesce by two semantic features [+DO][+THINKING]. We also analyze connotative meaning of the think-category verbs using Linshuxin's classification for reference, which consists of affective meaning and attitude meaning.Secondly, on syntax collocation ,we review collocation of the think-category verbs and their subject, object, complement, when they appear on predicative position. Subject of the think-category verbs has two semantic features [+HUMAN][-HUMAN]. Object of the think-category verbs consist of noun object, timing quantifier object, verb phrase object, and clause object. We analyze the four aspects. Complement of the think-category verbs consists of intensified complement with De, comment complement and resultant complement with Dao and tendency complement. We analyze the collocation of the three kind complements and the think-category verbs.Thirdly, on syntactic function, we anlyze syntactic differences when the think-category verbs appear on subject position, object position, predicative position, adverbial position, and attributive position.Fourthly, on reduplication, we mainly review reduplicate forms of the think-category verbs in Chinnese and Korean and analyze the quality of reduplicate verbs. Eight verbs in Chinese h ave ABAB r eduplicate forms, b ut o nly in K orean h as r eduplicate form which is noun +noun+ Fifthly, On correspond forms, we analyze the corresponding relations that think-category verbs of Chinese in Korean and think-category verbs of Korean in Chinese.
