Semantic-syntax Analysis Of Russian "hit" Verbs

Verbs occupy a specific position in the lexical semantic system, which is an important object and a unit in the study of linguistic semantics. Verbs occupy a central position in the semantic structures of sentence, which is mainly reflected in several aspects of its ability to construct the event, the ability of valence and the ability of syntactic organization. "Hit" verbs are frequently used in daily life but the domestic and foreign scholars rarely devote their researcher to this matter. According to this situation, this paper researches the usage of Russian "hit" verbs as the object, combined with a semantic method of subcategory and valency theory, syntactic domination pattern theory to conduct semantic syntactic research on Russian "hit" verbs.This paper is divided into three parts. First, defining the Russian "hit" verbs on semantic, then making a semantic subcategorization of it and analysing the semantic subcategories; second, using valency theory to analyse and describe the semantics subcategories of Russian "hit" verbs; third, analysing the typical polysemous verbs of subcategories in Russian "hit" verbs about their syntactic patterns in order to build up the semantic and syntactic pattern of Russian "hit" verbs.This research applies the theory of subcategory and antant's structure of verb and the syntactic domination pattern theory to analyse the semantic and syntax of the semantic subcategories of Russian "hit" verbs, then analyses the typical polysemous verbs of subcategories in Russian "hit" verbs. This is a new methodology that has a further developing. Through the semantic and syntactic research of Russian "hit" verbs, on the one hand, it reveals that semantic meaning and syntactic performance of these verbs as well as this theory broadens the analysing ideas of these and other types of Russian verbs, semantic and syntactic research provides a theoretical reference. On the other hand, it is beneficial for Russian vocabulary teaching because it can help Russian learners to better understand and use the verb. Therefore this reserch has a significent theoretical and practical value.
