It is a new theoretic issue about cultural anomie during the course of social transformation via the combination of the two traditional academic questions, which is generally called culture and anomie. This thesis tries to discuss the essential characters, its meaning and the specific phenomena of cultural anomie during that transformation based on defining some premises such as norm, culture, social transformation and anomie, so as to analyze and evaluate the social effects of culture anomie by using Karl Marx's principles and methods which is originally aimed to judge historical matters. It is expected to widen the cultural philosophy research, to deepen the research of social transformation and anomie, to clarify the puzzles and resolve the contradictions among most of the contemporary Chinese people, and to provide a certain theoretic guidance in order to overcome all kinds of side-effects of the cultural anomie during the course of social transformation, and to promote a smooth social transformation and a harmonious cultural development.This thesis consists of five parts. The introductory part verifies the validity of the cultural anomie, and also gives the significance of this research. In Partâ…¡, it clarifies the meanings of some premise conceptions such as norm, culture, social transformation and cultural transformation which functions as the base for the following research. In Part â…¢, it discusses the specific characters, its meaning and the particular phenomena of cultural anomie during the course of social transformation based on comments on the anomie theories of sociology abroad. In Part â…£, it talks about the brief evaluations of its social effects by the methods of moral measure and historical measure. At last, it explains some unsettled issues.
