| To research computer ethic of contemporary China, on one hand, philosophical review on modern Chinese cyber-society and cyber-people who are rolling in Internet should be this study's realistic start, on the other hand, again explaining about traditional ethnics' core which are good and evil should be it's theoretic start. Therefore, it is possible to discuss setting up principles about responsibilities in cyber-society and individual virtue on credit by way of ethnics' theory.From philosophical views, the characteristics of virtual reality in cyber-society and surreality about cyber-people not only incarnate share and freedom of Internet technology, but also bring two different results on using Internet technology because there are separate in reality and value, truth and virtue, responsibility and freedom in cyberspace life. As a result, on one hand, it is obligatory to develop new cognition about responsibility in order to pay attention to preventive, foreseeable and protective self- responsibilities. It is important to put forward two propositions, one is that systems restrict responsibilities, and the other is that it should be indispensable to bear responsibilities if cyber-people need more freedom. The two propositions emphatically show responsibility as a core in computer ethic of contemporary Chinese cyber-society and significance of self- responsibilities to cyber-people. On the other hand, it is necessary to point out that credit is an important base of achieving consummate virtue and is a basic qualification to save and develop cyber-society cooperation system. So, it is required to bring forward two propositions, one is that carrying out credit should depend on self-discipline, and the other is that making bargain ensures to realize credit. The two propositions emphatically show that credit is core of contemporary cyber-people's virtue in China. Computer ethic of contemporary China should be a system ethic that cyber-people's rights and obligations can be impartially assigned, the ethic conception fully respects each cyber-people's freedom and rights, at the same time, gives attention to two or more things others and assures other cyber-people's rights realized. Therefore, essential of computer ethic is a kind of consolidation of responsibility ethic and credit ethic, on one hand, it emphasizes to balance utilitarianism beneficial idea with morality and justice, on the other hand, pays attention to maintaining cyber-society's basic credit with stipulation and self-discipline. |
