Studies On The Cultural Industry Of The Socialism With Chinese Characteristics

In our times, the material base, social environment and spread conditionthat the development of culture depended on have changed deeply, so it is necessary toknow again about the relations between culture and economy. Culture and economyappear the past unprecedented mutual integration and the trend of " integrated ", so thephenomena of the so-called " cultural economy " and " economic culture " appears,social economy becomes a kind of new culture display form more and more. Thecultural industry is the necessity of modern economic development, has already becomethe important pillar of modern economy, demonstrated its important position more andmore in national economy, become the important sign of one country's overall nationalstrength.After the 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China proposes "developing cultural undertakings and cultural industry actively ", the Third PlenarySession of the 16th Party Central Committee of the party not merely puts emphasis ondeveloping the cultural industry further, and has put forward the concrete policysuggestions, regarded it as a important step to quicken the development of service trade,promote economic restructuring and upgrade industrial structure. Under thisbackground, the understanding that we strengthened the certainty of probing intocultural industry development is of great advantage. Under the trend of the economicglobalization and under the new situation of Chinese accession to the WTO, as therising industry in the 21st century, how does Chinese cultural industry make areservation? What meanings does it develop? How to develop? These questions have tobecome great and urgent subjects in front of us.
