A Study Of The Construction Of Public Welfare Culture Undertaking For Guangdong Province

As one of the most important aspects of the cultural construction,public welfare cultureconstruction has important significance for Chinese characteristics. Based on the understanding of related concepts, theoretical basis, principle and significance of public welfare culture undertakings, this paper summarizes the current status of the construction of public welfare culture undertakings in Guangdong province and identifies the current problems and shortcomings. According to these above problems, we finally find out the measures and the growth path of the construction of public cultural undertakings with Guangdong characteristics to promote the improvement of the construction of public cultural undertakings and the development. In this paper, the structure and the system is organized as follows:Chapter 1 introduces the research background, significance, content and ideas, research methods, and an overview of the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on the issue of the construction of public cultural undertakings.Chapter 2 introduces the basic concepts and theories of writing involved. On the basis of previous studies combined, a clear understanding of concept and scope of public welfare culture institutions is made, together with the relationship between public cultural institutions and Profit cultural industries. Also the article introduces the theoretical foundation of cultural related.On the basis of the second chapter, chapter 3 introduces the importance of public welfare culture to the construction and development of our country, as well as the three basic principles in the construction and development process should be followed.Chapter 4 carries out some studies on experience of great grades and causes of problems which based on the analysis of the current status of public cultural undertakings.Chapter 5 works out the corresponding strategies and suitable solution paths of the problems we raise in the previous chapter, we put forward some strategies and suitable solution paths to improve public culture undertakings of Guangdong Province in three aspects: investors, operating modes and regulatory systems.In this article, based on the generalization of the historical process, current situation and the reasons of the public welfare culture undertakings in Guangdong Province, we summarize the measures and path for the construction and development of Guangdong Province, which is personalized studied with the regional characteristics of public welfare culture undertakings. At the same time, the strategies and paths of development are established on the information age, which means that through digital information and Internet platform we can strengthen the public cultural service system creatively. We do this because we want to ensure that the development of culture adapt with current economic and society.
