Contents: It is a widespread existent problem for youth college students to disappoint in love. In respect that the college students are placed in a period of body and mind's huge change, the situation disappoint in love may cause the mental crisis easily, serious even cause the suicide. Therefore, it is necessary for us to study the college students' lovelorn crisis and the suicide behaviors, and to strengthen the work of crisis intervention.This research attempt to reveal the college students' mental crisis and behavior after disappointing in love, explore how to carry on crisis intervention. The result of this research will enrich the theory of mental health education and the theory of crisis intervention which takes college student as the object of study. By analyzing the suicide phenomenon caused by serious mental crisis, it will give scientific and efficient advises that can prevent suicide actively and purposefully.This research adopts the way that the theories research and the substantial evidence researches combine together. The theories research mainly aims at the characteristic of lovelorn mental crisis and the suicide tendency of college students, and introduces the crisis intervention theory and the suicide prevention theory to carry on the research about crisis processing. The substantial evidence studies are mainly to verify the realistic existence of lovelorn crisis and the suicide tendency by investigating or interviewing some lovelorn students. On the foundation of the theories and the substantial evidence research, this research integrates the research result that has been at home and abroad, and puts forward some maneuverable intervention means.The crisis intervention is different from general psychotherapy, its basic technique contains the communication technique, the support technique and the intervention technique. The university student's lovelorn crisis belongs to one part of mental crisis's extension, is caused by the stress of being disappointed in a love affair. Its performance method mainly has the depression, revenge and suicides. This research uses the SCL-90 questionnaire to test nine university students who have disappointed in love , discovers that they have the widespread depression mental state, the sleep food appearance depravation, parts of companions contain anxious mental state and the interpersonal relation obstacles. The intervention can use telephone consultation and face-to-face assistance, the operation method can usesix-foot method.The serious mental crisis may cause the suicide. The suicide is a world problem, in recent years local suicide rate, include the university student the suicide rate is increasing. Disappointing in love becomes one of the main incentives of university student's suicide. This research adopts the Bech- H questionnaire to test nine lovelorn university student, discovers most of them have suicide idea , partly have stronger idea. The suicide intervention must establish treated intervention plan first, then reasonable application treatment technique, solve the crisis finally.If suicide prevention failed, on the one hand we can adopt a kind of technique called the psychology corpse check help survivals, on the other hand strengthen the crisis intervention worker's mental instauration.
