Aiqing, influencing the poems creation of two-generation poets, plays a great role on the history of the modern poems development. However, there are lots of reasonable or prejudicial comments in the critical community, which embodies, in fact, the richness and the complexity of them. Meanwhile, the complexity and the uniqueness of Aiqing's poems creation are worth being focused on. The thesis attempts to explore the Aiqing's self-conflicts when he, as a poets and a intellectual, deals with the poetic world and the realistic world according to those poems and relative comments, to see his thoughts for the fate of the nationality and himself through the inner conflicts on the concrete historical stage, to find some hints for our nationality and national poems creation.Aiqing, being a independent writer, enters the poems with a special personal way, by which he shoulders the duties of national progress. However, the specialty makes the poet conflict on the certain historical stage. He forms his own cognition of the world with a painter's intuition and impression. His unique identity as one of "peasants' descendants", combining with the foreign living way he experienced in Paris, forms the poet's national feeling that involves not only the individual sense but also others' emotions. Therefore, the "two Aiqing" that can't be unified appear, one is " revolutionist", the other is " indulge-in-art artist". So Aiqing steps into the poem with such kind of complex identity, which causes the self-division during the course of the creation of the concrete poems. The division gives the poems complexity and richness of their meanings while provides with the evidence that poems are not fit for the era in the cognitive field.Based on the views, the thesis can be parted into three chapters in accordance with the construction, deviation and return of the Aiqing's uniqueness. The first chapter: Wanderer's Song. Aiqing's compassion and devotion for the peasants' fate and hardness are explored from the aspects of his innate " complex for peasants", country background and his experience of the city. It is a climax of his creation. The second chapter: From Yan'an to Beijing. The self-division of the inner world that is caused by the outer conflicts between the unique complex sense with the expressive way and the main opinions, and the confusion for the sticking the uniqueness are discussed. The third chapter: The Meditation After "The Return". Aiqing returns to the deepness and richness of the meanings of poems, reflects the national history and the t individual fate after twenty-year's accumulation. Then his second climax of writing is formed. In the section of conclusion, the hints of the study above for the modern literature and the modern poems creation and comments are involved.
