Study Of Credit Problem In China During The Transformation Period

Credit is always a reflection of a country and a nation's comprehensive quality. At present our country is during the period of social transformation and the social system is also in the face of being reformed. Especially on the 16^th National People's Congress held not long ago, General Secretary Hu Jintao asked to accelerate the development of the harmonious society, which raised a higher demand towards the credit in politics, economy and daily life, that is, the credit needs not only people -governing but also law-governing. This paper just centers on the subject to explore and discuss. Firstly, draw the connotation of credit in the new period from the originality and concept of the credit and expound the present condition of the credit in China on the base of the compare and contrast between the credit of China and western countries. Then analyze the reasons of the credit deficiency and put forward some practical plans for how to build a harmonious society and how to construct the credit system. Basing on the above mentioned, the whole paper forms an integrated structural system.
